Recommended settings for Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer, select the menu item Tools and Internet options;
Click on the Settings button under Browsing history;
Select Automatically and click OK;
Select the Security tab, click on the Internet icon and click on Default level;
Select the Privacy tab, and if possible click on the Default button, so that the security level is set to Medium;
Select the Advanced tab and click on Reset;
Click on the OK button and then close all Internet Explorer windows.
